1.1 New Patients
To register for treatment, new patients can call our helpline number displayed on our official website i.e. www.kidzommune.com. Upon registration, they are required to make a payment based on the duration of their chosen treatment plan as per the following:

1.2 Existing Patients
Patients who are already registered can continue their treatment by making a payment for their preferred treatment package.
2. Consultation Process
- Upon registration, patients can schedule an initial online consultation with our Homeopathic Consultant. During this session, a detailed case history will be taken to understand the patient's condition comprehensively.
- All consultations will be conducted via video or audio call, depending on the patient’s preference and network availability.
3. Post Consultation
Following the consultation, the patient will receive a treatment package via courier, based on the duration of their selected treatment plan. The package will include Homeopathic remedies prescribed specifically for that time period.
4. Follow-Up
A follow-up call will be conducted 15 days after the start of treatment to assess progress, provide support, and address any questions or concerns.
